Probalytix is an informational analytics service operated by an individual in Norway. We do not promote gambling, we do not claim that users will make money, and we do not encourage anyone to place bets. Any odds, predictions, or similar outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to be used as betting advice or a guarantee of results.

Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", "our", and "Probalytix" refer to the individual operating the Probalytix service in Norway. The service is provided through the website, application, and related features, together called the "Services".

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Under 18s

The Services are not intended to be used for betting-related activity by persons under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must not use the Services for placing bets or making betting decisions.

Accounts and Membership

You may be able to create an account to access additional features, personalised content, or subscription-based services. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the membership settings, subject to any billing terms already accrued.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or a breach of these Terms.

Service Description

The Services allow users to browse football match predictions and related analytics based on weighted averages, statistical models, and other data sources.

Predictions, probabilities, expected goals, and similar outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees, promises, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Where odds are shown, they are displayed only for comparison and informational purposes. We are not a bookmaker, not a betting operator, and not acting as an agent for any bookmaker or user.

Third-Party Odds

Odds may be sourced from third-party providers or bookmakers. We do not guarantee that any price, market, event, or settlement information is accurate, complete, current, or available at the time it is viewed.

We are not responsible for pricing errors, market changes, incorrect winnings calculations, unavailable markets, settlement disputes, or any loss caused by reliance on third-party data. Any issue relating to a bet must be handled directly with the relevant bookmaker.

No Gambling Advice

The Services do not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any other regulated professional advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to place a bet or as a promise of profit.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the Services unlawfully.
• use the Services to promote fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• misrepresent our content as guaranteed, certified, or bookmaker-approved.
• use the Services in a way that breaches law or third-party rights.

Liability and Warranty

The Services are provided as is and as available, with no warranty that they are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses, including loss of income, profit, opportunity, data, or any other damage arising from use of or reliance on the Services.

This includes loss caused by account misuse, internet transmission issues, technical faults, third-party API failures, incorrect or delayed data, service downtime, malware, or any other technical disruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Norwegian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Probalytix, its operator, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Services may also be governed by a Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Any personal data processed through the Services will be handled in accordance with applicable Norwegian privacy law and GDPR.

All businesses that collect and use personal data must comply with GDPR obligations in Norway, and website owners should publish privacy notices and obtain cookie consent where required.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the ordinary courts of Norway, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
